Adding items to your cart without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of the products in your shopping cart may change. The current price of each product is displayed in the basket.


ORDER

After adding all the items to the cart, proceed to placing the order and making the payment. To do this, you must complete all the steps in the purchase process sequentially, providing or verifying the information required at each stage. Additionally, during the purchasing process, you can modify your order details before making payment . For your convenience and safety, I always recommend entering all required data, especially your mobile phone number. This way I can contact you if necessary.

Shipping and delivery


SHIPPING TYPES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time depends on the type of shipment. We offer the following types of shipping:

  • InPost courier: PLN 20.00
  • Free pickup personal at the Atelier in Krakow
  • Free shipping within Poland for purchases over PLN 199

Delivery time starts counting after 24 business hours from the date the payment is credited to the account. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. National, regional and local holidays are observed.

During sales or promotions, as well as during special campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Payment by bank transfer

Returns


You can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

  • Make sure that the returned goods do not show any signs of use or damage and contain the original tags and packaging
  • Complete the returns form and place it in the package. If the form is missing, the return procedure may take significantly longer

We reserve the right to reject returns sent after the deadline and items whose condition indicates wear or tear.

We guarantee a full refund using the exact same method you used to place your order. In the event of returning the goods, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS DIRECTLY AT THE COMPANY'S HEADQUARTERS

If you want to return an item purchased online in person, a quick and easy way is to go to the headquarters of ADRIAN NOWAK ATELIER, ul. Ślusarska 8/130, 30-710 Kraków, after contacting and setting the date and time of the meeting.

To make a return, confirmation of purchase in the form of a receipt is required.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive a defective or damaged item, the quickest solution is to contact me (CONTACT tab). After receiving the return of the purchased defective or damaged product, I will exchange or refund the purchased item, depending on your preferences and availability in stock.


RETURN DATE

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order, within a maximum of 14 days, depending on the bank and payment method used.


INCORRECT REFUND AMOUNT

If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact me via the contact form in the CONTACT tab or by calling: +48 505 176 660. I will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Please note that I reserve the right to reject returns received or shipped beyond the stated deadline and those containing clothing that is not in the same condition in which it was received.
